GRANT OF LICENSE AND TERM The Software is licensed, not transferred or sold, to you by Notation Software, Inc. Final Release versions of MidiNotate Player are indicated with the absence of the words "Beta Release" in the About Box that is displayed by the About MidiNotate Player command in the MidiNotate Player's Help menu. You may redistribute exact copies of the MidiNotate Player Final Version Setup program to anyone, and distribute the MidiNotate Player Final Version Setup program in its unmodified form via electronic means (Internet, bulletin boards, shareware distribution libraries, CD-ROMs, etc.). Anyone who so receives and installs the Software that has been redistributed from you will be subject to the same terms and conditions of this License Agreement. Some states do not allow the limitation and/or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 5. GENERAL This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning this license, and may not be changed except by a signed amendment. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be governed by Washington law.
